Question
there are 6 valves on this timer, they all work except valve one, i have replaced the sensor on it and when i turn #1 valve on,and you listen by the valve you can hear the electricity running thru the valve,it just does not turn on the water, any suggestions? Thanks Rick

Make sure that the flow control on the valve is open about halfway.  If this doesnt cure the problem, you may want to dissemble the valve and check the interior for obstructions or damage.  Check out this link for a great tutorial:
