James Hardie Rain Dial p/n 670301

Question
I have a very old, but great controller, however I don't know how to change the timer from every day to 2 or 3 times a week.  Are there instructions on-line?

Answer
Hey Kathleen, I hope this helps. Hardie irrigation, was bought out by Irritrol. Irritrol still manufactures this controller, even though it has changed a little bit, the programming is pretty much the same. The web site is www.irritrolsystems.com and unter the resource guide, click on " product literature". You will notice under controllers the Rain-Dial and click on "users guide" and the manual will come up for you. Basically what you want to do, is put the switch in whatever program you are using A,B, or C. I'm assuming you are using A. Then at the bottom of the controller, slide the switch to the center, where it says "set program". Next, turn the dial to the days of the week (mon, tues, etc.) each day you see, will either say "on" or "off". If it says "on" and you want that day "off", just hit either the "plus" button or "minus" buttton, and this will either turn the day on or off. When you are done going through the days of the week, put the dial back to " current time" and the switch on the bottom to "run". Let me know if I can be of anymore assistance, good luck and have a good day.
