Question
QUESTION: Not able to set the Current TIME & DAY using "+" or "-".

I set the Program Selector Switch to "Current Time" or "Today",  and press or hold either of these two buttons, nothing changes.

Somehow when I switch the Program Selector to any of the"Valve Run Times", and hold down on "-" button, it's working.

Can you help me trouble-shooting?

ANSWER: Hey Crystal, you need to put the switch on the bottom of the controller to the middle position, "Set Programs". It is probably in the "Run/Manual" position.Good luck and have a great day.

Thank you very much for the help and yes, I was able to setup the current time now.

There are 3 values in my system and the first and second is working as expected, but the 3rd one is not working unless I turn the switch from off to on inside the box which is under the ground. Can you give me some idea where to look for the issue?

Hey Crystal, Normally if the valve is not working from the controller, it is either the wire is not hooked to the controller and or the valve properly, or the wire is cut somewhere, or it could be the solenoid on the valve is not working, or it could be the diaphram inside the valve is worn out or broken. It would take me a long time to accurately tell you the steps to take to find the exact issue. What I suggest, is go to www.irrigationtutorials.com, and this website will give you steps to follow, to figure out which issue you might have, for the valve to not operate properly.  Good luck and have a great day.
