When do I start applying fertilizer to my Fuchsias that are wintering in my greenhouse?

Hi Don,
Thanx for your question.  Begin fertilizing your fuchsias just slightly before your last frost when you are getting ready to set your plants outdoors again.  If these are strictly greenhouse and/or indoor plants, follow the same advice.  One does not want to feed during dormancy or semi-dormancy.  Begin feeding as the new season begins.  I hope this helps.
