Toro Vision I Controller F2 Fuse

Question
This controller has worked fine until just recently.  The F2 fuse (1/2 amp, control circuit) blows every time I plug the controller into the wall receptacle.  As best as I can tell, all voltages and currents seem to test out good.  F1 fuse is also intact.  I've just replaced the F2 fuse 3 times now and every time it blows immediately when I plug the controller into the wall receptacle.  The receptacle operates other devices fine.
Thanks!

Answer
Hey Bruce, I hope this helps. The F1 fuse protects the controller from any excessive voltage (lightning, bad transformer, etc.) basically it is going to blow, if you're getting more than 22 to 26 volts. It could be that the transformer is faulty , and is putting out excess voltage. You might have the transformer tested, to make sure it is putting out the right voltage. If it is faulty, than the transformer can be replaced. If the transformer is good, and it keeps blowing, then the problem is probably internal, and you need to replace the controller. Good luck and have a great day.
