hi
I have tried to reset my controller to reprogram it and now it seems to be frozen. it jumps over to time/day set but will not allow me to enter any info.  what should i do?

Hey Cindy, what I would suggest , is to take the battery out of the controller, and then disconnect the power for about one minute. And then with the battery "not" installed, turn the power back on and see if it will program now. If it doesn't, then you probably have a problem with the micro-processor and it needs to be replaced. good luck and have a great day.
