Display shows 16F   Will not reset or work in manual mode.

Hey Joseph, I would suggest taking the battery out of the panel, and then disconnect the power for about one minute. And then with the battery still not installed, turn the power back on and see if the display returns to normal. If it does not, then you can take the panel to an irrigation supply store, and have them repair it or replace it for you. Good luck and have a great day.
