Question
my Oliander doesnt bloom i keep it on my deck and i water it every 2 days or so
am i supposed to let it dry up?

Hi Sala,
Thanx for your question.  Make sure the pot drains well so your oleanders don't have wet feet.  Feed with a fertilizer low in nitrogen and high in phosphorus and potassium.  Your local DIY or nursery will haver fertilizers rated for floewring shrubs.  I hope this helps.
