Is it possible of a house lilac plant if so where do i get one, i don't have a garden outside to put one but i love the smell.

Devin, unfortunately lilac flowers come from bushes. It would not be practical to grow these indoors unless you had a greenhouse with plenty of room. Although breeders are always experimenting with various plants, they have yet to breed a hybrid lilac that will grow in a compact habit indoors.
