Question
I was told by a gardener that he found that tieing an overhand knot in a cutting speeded the rooting process.  sounded wierd to me, but I tried a few today.  Have you any thoughts on this?

Thanx for your question.  I have never heard of the overhand knot method so I don't really have an opinion on it.  I swear, I learn more on this website and I love it!  Here's a website from an orchid grower who talks about using this method if you'd like to investigate this further.  I'm sorry I don't have more information for you.  I hope this helps.
