planting wildflowers-help!

Question
I went to a wedding and they gave all the guests wildflower seeds as gifts. I have never planted wildflowers from seeds, so I planted them in a pot. I put them in the pot and covered them and kept the soil moist, as the directions told me. That was a week ago, and already they are growing! Once they've matured, would it be possible for me to take them out of the pot and replant them outdoors? If it is possible, can you tell me how I could go about doing that? Please help. Thanks.

Answer
You are going to need to plant them outdoors.  It would be best to re-pot them individually when they have their second set of leaves and put the pots outside.  That way there will be no transplant shock to speak of when you replant them out of doors.  Without knowing what the plants are specifically, I cannot give you more advice.
