Question
I cut open a seed pod and put the seed in my hand and now have a burning feeling in the palm of my hand.  It has been 24 hrs. and it's still there.  Have you ever heard of this before?

Thanx for your question.  I have handled all kinds of day lily seed pods and seeds and never run into this type of reaction (or any for that matter) before.  Please call your physician and have him/her look at your hand.  You could have a rare allergy or it could be caused by something else.  Good luck.  Let me know how it goes.  I hope this helps.
