Is there a way to tell if your heliamphora has more then one grow point without removing it from the soil?

Hi John,

New growing points look very similar to new growing points and crowns on Sarracenia.  You should see a place where newer, smaller leaves are developing from a central point.  Usually it looks like small groups or whorls.  If a plant is heavily clustered, it can be difficult to tell where the growth points are unless you take the plant out of the soil.
