Question
How would I be able to grow ginger root?
Have raised beds which I grow most of my vegtables - would I need specific areas or soils to do so?

Sorry I have been so long answering. I have been searching for the information, but the web doesn't want to give it up.LOL
I found this, FINALLY !!!!!
I didn't read what is on here, it is just the ONLY information I could find on it.
None of the gardening sites I go to to buy plants offer ginger.
