New and just installed and it's not engaging the irrigation pump. Do you have any suggestions? Potential diagnosis?

Hey Maria, I would suggest checking the voltage at the relay to make sure you are receiving 24 volts. Also check the controller and make sure it is putting out 24 volts. If the controller is putting out 24 volts, but you are not receiving 24 volts at the relay, then you could have bad wires from the controller to the relay. Good luck and have a great day.
