i have cuttings from a pussy willow tree. how do i get roots started

Hi Deb,
Thanx for your question.  You can stick the pussy willow cutting directly into moist soil after the last frost and it will root or you can put them in a vase of water.  Change the water daily so that it does not foul and you'll have roots coming out in a few days.  Wait until the root system is elaborate before you plant outdoors.  I hopet his helps.
