What are the long pods hanging off of my wisteria tree?It is full of them.

Thanx for your question.  The pods hanging off your wisteria vine are seed pods.  Wisteria is a member of the pea or legume family and has pods reminescent of pea pods.  The seeds are easily germinated but the resulting plants take 15 years or more to bloom.  I hope this helps.
