our confederate jasmine has 3 sets of double pods on it,will those produce seeds  in the fall,if so, will they grow into flowering vines

Thanx for your question.  I was going to give you my own version but here is a link to much better instructions and yes, the seed grown plants will grow into flowering vines.  I hope this helps.
