Hello, I'd like to know if I can move a ten foot high Pyramid Cedar to another spot and if so , how and when do I go about it?

Dian,

Sure,  just be sure to dig as big of root as you can carry to the new location.  Do this later this fall as temps start to decrease.  Realize that you may kill this plant in the process, always a possibility when moving plants.
