Hi Leroy

Question
Not sure if you remember me; I worked at Smile about 13 years ago?...oh my goodness!  I bought a 4" rosemary from you maybe 6 years ago...maybe longer.  It is thriving, about 3 feet tall and wide! I just moved and would like to transplant it to my new residence....too risky? Thanks for any info you can offer.  Hope to see your smiling face in the near future...take care Leroy!  Take care, Denise

Answer
Denise:
I came there in Aug., 95', so you were there when I came. I have lost some of my memory with a mild stroke in 03'. The Lord allowed me to come back to smile this year and start growing again. Enough about me. Hoping you are well too!. Well, the rosemary can be finicky when being moved. First soak the ground well. Dig a 6" trench around it. Fill with fish fertilizer water. Home depot/lowe's are carrying it now. Dig it early in the morning or late evening. Wet the foliage also, before & after. It will help the shock. Soak it in the pot, but not soggy. Leave in pot rest of season at new location or do the same thing to it as you did when digging it up. Seaweed/fish is better if you can find it. It does a better job for stressed plants. Thanks for remembering me! Mail back if need more help.

Love,

Leroy
