i have noticed this year that there is runner bean like things growing from my wisteria, why is this and what should i do with them

Hi Anita,
Thanx for your question.  The object you describe is a seed pod.  I would remove it and throw it away.  It can take 15 years or more for a wisteria to grow to blooming size from seed.  Wisterias are in the legume family.  I hope this helps.
