I want to transplant some of my lily's. When is the best time to transplant?

Hi Annette,
thanx for your question.  Wait until August or September or at least when the foliage of the plant turns yellow and starts to wilt.  While the foliage is green, it is gathering energy from the sun and converting it to starches to be stored in the bulb for next year's bloom and growth.  I hope this helps.
