When is the proper time of year to dig and move established Asian and Oriental lily bulbs?

Hi Barbara,
Thanx for your question.  You can dig the lilies up in September or in the spring after the last frost.  I prefer fall myself so I'll be sure to get some blooming next year.  If you do it in the spring you run the risk of them not being able to recover from the shock and not blooming.  I hope this helps.
