Question
We have an indoor Florida Palm Bamboo that has been doing pretty well for about 6 months.  This past week I've noticed a white sticky substance on some of the new leaves.  Should I be concerned? And what shoudl I do?

This may sound funny but here it goes.

Without examining it myself it is very hard for me to tell. Try taking a Q-Tip and puting it in rubbing alchohol and rub it on the white spots if it is a pest it should have killed it and you can scrape it off. If you can't scrape it off, contact me further with a picture.
