? Moneytree

Question
moneytree
moneytree
I'm told that it was a moneytree but I can't find anything in that category that looks like what I have.  Stands nearly 5ft. tall; long green leaves like a corn plant; bloomed with white flowers that are odorless by day but come evening becomes very odorous.  I 've 3 more pics if needed giving different views.  Sandra

Answer
Sandra,
It is definitely not a money tree...It is a corn stalk plant(common name)... Latin binomial Name - Probably Dracaena fragrans - variety 慚assangeana?..Type Dracaena Fragans into your search engine and compare yours to the pictures displayed...They will flower indoors if given the proper light (as do most tropical indoor plants)...They usually do not flower indoors because the lighting is too weak...Usually the flowers are removed because they are not real nice and/or smell funny...
Do let me know what you think.
