Question
My Confederate Star Jasmine leaves are turning brown and drying out. I planted it last spring and so far I have not seen one single bloom on it.

Make sure they are not getting too much water as this will cause root rot.  It could be winter injury if you live in a cold climate.  Fertilize them lightly and see if they improve.  They are slow growers, so dont expect immediate results.  There could also be a fungus attacking the vines.  If you suspect fungus, buy a fungicide called Daconil and treat once a week for 2-3 weeks.  This also wont provide immediate results but should help improve plant health.  I hope this helps solve your problem.  Good Luck.
