Does Alfalfa tablets increase your semen amount?  I'm a medic and I can't find a real answer on this.  We're trying to get pregnant.  I heard it increases the amount of semen or just ejaculatory fluids?  Should I take it?

Alfalfa is a very good general herb that brings increased health in many ways.  Take it if you want to.  Also get some EFAs and L-taurine.  They will increase your semen and sperm count.  Im sure there are other supplements to help you.

Also try masturbating and stopping short of ejaculation.  Do this several times (she can help you with it or you can do it alone) before you let yourself go in her vagina.  It will help.  Take it to the brink at least 5 times, be careful, its easy to misjudge, but if you practice you will get it right.  Enjoy.
