Question
1 of my oak trees has 3 webbed over clumps of leaves leaves are dying under the web they are kinda solid they look like hair nets about that size too. what do I need to do?

Sorry for the delay--computer crash on my end.  You are describing webworms.  These worms will make a hair-net like web and if you can get to one of them, they will have 50-100 worms crawling around inside.  The webworms usually do not cause much damage even in high numbers.  If you can reach them with a sprayer, you can treat with Fertilome bagworm, webworm and tent catepillar insecticide.  Other wise, they wont hurt too much.  Good Luck.
