        I have white fluffy spots on  plants. What is it? & how do I treat it. Thank you

When you say white puffy spots on plants.  The first thing I think of is fungus.  Maybe powdery mildew.

Let your plant dry out.  Roots especially.  If it is in a pot make some holes at the bottom for the water to drain.

Mildew, fungus, and mold are all products of standing or stagnate water.
