Question
We are doing some work in our back yard and need to reseed under a big globe willow.  We have bluegrass now and it just doesn't get enough sun.  Do you have any suggestions as to what type of grass we could plant that doesn't need alot of sun?  We are in zone 6 - the panhandle of Texas.

You are asking the million dollar question.  What grass does best in limited light.  the answer is none of them.  Grass species need full sun.  I would make this area a planting bed.  It will be much easier than trying to get grass to grow under the tree.
