how do I get a clover lawn

Hi John;
I would think just plant clover.
If you seed clover thick enough, I would think it would crowd out the grass.
I tried to search the web for an answer, but couldn't find anything on controling burmuda.
Now, clover in my yard was one of the first weeds to go when I switched to organics and got rid of the weeds.
I know they grow clover for animal feed, but I have no experience with that, so I am not sure if they even try to control the grass that grows in it, as that would be good feed too.
If you use chemicals,( which I am totally against, but), there are grass killers that do not disturb broad leafed plants and weeds,so it should not hurt clover.
Well, DUH,,,,,
After searching a number of hours yesterday and today, ways to control grass, it occurred to me to put in grow a clover lawn.
Guess what? LOl
