Question
We have a Hardie Irrigation Total Control 15 station controller. The panel is reading Error Code #1.  I downloaded the manual but it doesn't tell you what the error codes are.  Where can we get the error codes, or can you tell us what error code #1 is?

Hey Julie, check on page #5 of the manual. If it says #1, then more than likely when valve #1 tried to run, it shorted out the internal circuit breaker. What this means, is that you have a short going to valve #1, either the solenoid is shorting out, or the wiring is bad and is shorting out, or the wires are not connected properly.
