unknown flower   Dear expert,
I have seen a pretty flower on a wall covering tissue which i don't know it's name. please tell me the name if possible? I attached the image.

Hi Amir,

To me, this looks a lot like a dill plant that has gone to seed.  Since it's an artist rendering, it's kind of up to the person viewing it to decide.  There are no true leaves or flower parts to identify.  Many plants would look like this dried - including several weeds.
