I saved last years calla lilly seed pod and planted the seeds. Can I grow an identical plant from these seeds?

Hi Rich,
Thanx for your question.  I doubt that the resulting seedlings will be identical to the parent plant.  Most calla corms we buy in the garden center are hybrids and hybrid seeds seldom result in identical progeny.  It's still fun to try and see what you get though.  The seeds germinate easily at 75 degree F.  I've grown callas from seed before.  I hope this helps.
