QUESTION: we have an avacoda tree about 9 years old, never has bloomed.  another one 8 years old, has bloomed past two years, but never no fruit.  these came from seed.  do you have any reason why no fruit?

ANSWER: Hi Jeanette,

Thanx for your question.  You grew these avocado trees from seed did you?  Or someone else did?  Where are you located?  Let me know so I can better answer your question.

Answer
Hi Jeanette,
Thanx for the followup.  I used to live in Ft. Walton Beach up north back in the early 80s.  My brother's wife and kids live up in Deltona.  You live in a good area for avocadoes.  Pollination seems to be a problem.  In order for the trees to pollinate they need to be fairly close together. How far apart are these trees?

Check out this website.  These people are in your local area and you should be able to get some great info from them.  If this doesn't work, let me know and we'll look at other options.  I hope this helps.
Tom
