Question
About 5yrs ago I was given about 16 seeds from a ginko tree of a favorite aunt.  
Any chance they might still propogate?  Also, should any of them survive, at
what age and exactly how might I determine the sex of the trees?

Unfortunately, seed viability is low.  Only a couple months at room temperature, 8 months with other protections.  Here's a link to that information.
