Cleome seeds

Question
I have my first Cleome bow blooming and they have a lot of seed pods. How and when should I harvest the seeds for planting next year?

Answer
Hi Chuck,
Thanx for your question.  Allow the seed pods to turn brown before harvesting.  Break the pods over a dry, white, paper towel in a dish and then pour the seeds into a glass jar and seal it.  Keep the jar in a cool, dark, dry place until next year.  I hope this helps.
Tom
