Rubber Tree Cutting

Question
I cut the top of my rubber tree and potted it.  It has finally rooted but all the leaves are wilted and have lost a lot of their color.  Should I make another cut to stimulate growth?  If not, what can I do to encourage the plant to start growing?

Answer
Rita, normally the propagation method for a rubber tree is air layering; the fact that you have roots means that your crown will develop new growth, don't be concerned about the existing leaves discoloring or falling off, new leaves should develop. Nick
