My lemon tree

Question
Hello Doctor. I have my lemon tree which I've planted about eight month ago.
I was growing fine. Since that time has blossomed two times (no fruits yet)
and gave birth to many new leaves. Suddenly the past month something wrong
has happened to the lemon tree. The new leaves that were just emerging in
different parts of the tree have stopped growing. They have remained the same
size with the very first days that appeared in the body tree. Old leaves are
starting dying in strange way. Some of them get folded around themselves and
many others die of some yellow spot that it appears in the middle of the
leaf.
Please see the pics below:

I see some yellow and grayish spots in other leaves as well. These spots turn
brownish like rusted iron and than a hole opens up till it eats up entire
leaf. It look so strange but I strongly suspect that is some sort of
infection. What can you recommend doctor? Thanks

Answer
Jim:
I do not see any evidence of insect nor disease from the three images sent.  Examine the folded leaves closely within the fold for any insects crawling or any type of webs. Be sure that you do not overwater the plant.  The soil needs to be moist, not wet. That can lead to root diseases. If the sopil is moist now, let it dry down a bit. When you water, let the water drain out the bottom of the pot through the drain holes, then let it dry down before watering it again.  You may wish to contact your local family type garden center for advise and even carry the plant in if possible so they can get a live view of the issue.
