I, and others in my area, am interested in what can grow up here in North Georgia that will give our gardens a tropical feel and look.

Could you recommend a Georgia-resident speaker on tropicals for Zone 7 to come to a Fall garden symposium to speak to about 100 interested attendees?

Hi Brenda, Go to your local Cooperative Extension Service, and speak with the Extension Agent, he can assist you in finding a local expert (probably a Master Gardner) that will be willing to speak at this symposium. Personally I don't have that info, but if it were here in South Florida, either I or one of my colleagues (Master Gardners) would be happy to help. Nick
