identification

Question
My son has just taken a job at a rose garden in zone 7.  He is now bringing home rose plants.  Some are identified; some are not.  I know NOTHING about roses, but I'm trying to educate myself.  We are trying to figure out where to plant them now that we have them.  I started with an Internet search for Innocence (hybrid tea).  I cannot seem to find any information on the size of the bush.  Can you help?

Susan

Answer
I have searched all my rose data bases and have not found any hybrid tea called Innocence. There is a white patio rose by the same name which will grow to about 2 feet high. The other reason I can't find a rose by that name is because many times a grower will sell a rose that is patented and get out of paying royalities by renaming it. Most hybrid teas grow to about 3 feet in your zone. Also you can keep a hybrid tea down to the size you want by cutting it about a foot below the final height. Then it just puts out new growth up to what you want. Lynnette
