Rose Identification

Question
I have a great rose that I think is a florabunda.   It is yellow with a large amount of petals.   The bloom is smaller than a peace rose.   I am in zone 7 and the rose currently has over 150 blooms on it.   Everyone asks me the name of the rose because they want one.   I bought it at walmart  about 6 years ago and it didn't have a name on it.   The canes closest to the bud union are a couple inches thick, it is about 6 feet tall and doesn't get black spot - even when the peace rose next to it is completely covered with black spot.   This rose is wonderful and I would like to buy it for my friends.

Answer
There are over 200 roses introduced each year for the public to buy and many of them look identically like an older one. This makes it impossible to identify a particular rose. If you bought it from Walmart, it could be anything from a very old one to one of the newer ones that were left over from the rose supplier. If your rose is very fragrant, then it could be one of the David Austin roses. Here is his website in England with all the roses he has introduced. Most of his roses have flowers with many petals on the blooms.
