Project

Question
I know that this is going to be sound odd, but I'm a high school student that is working on a project for biology class. There are a few things I can't seem to find on my plant of choice, Hedera Helix (A.K.A English Ivy). I was hoping that you may be able to help me out.  What kind of root system does this plant have and is it asexual or sexual? I will greatly appreciate your help and Thank you.

~Ena

Answer
Hi Ena,

Hedera helix has a fibrous root system and it is asexual. Let me know if you have further questions.

Please let me know if any of this is unclear or if you have any additional questions. If not, good luck with your biology project!
