Question
Hey, I'm doing a school project and I'd like to know if you know of a plant that will grow quickly and react to extra salt in a negative way.  If it's usually available for cheap, that's an added bonus, I don't want to go broke for this project, and I need about 6 of these.

Most houseplants are tropical plants and will react negatively to salt.  I've noticed a lot of African violets for sale lately for around $2.00 each. They should have the negative reaction that you are looking for. Good luck.
