Question
I have a Crassula ovata plant that is of medium size and I was wondering if this plant can be made into tea. I mean it is called "jade tea" right?

I have heard it called jade tree but not tea. It is not poisonous. If you want to try it in tea I would add it to another tea. I doubt that it will add any flavor to a tea. It has a gelatinous texture.

The plant does not grow fast so you would not want to use a lot of leaves or you will be quickly down to a plant with only stalks. Keep your plant in lots of sun and it will grow faster. Good luck.
