Tea Rose

Question
I'm wondering how to turn my tall, skinny plant into a short, bushy one.
It's a new plant and he's growing great, he just appears to be a little straggely, because all the growth is straight up.
Thanks!

Answer
Hi Tina,

Tea roses often do not do well indoors because they require lots of direct sun throughout most of the day. A tall, leggy look is the result of lack of light. There is no substitute for light, so don' try to remedy the problem by using fertilizer or a larger pot. Just give it more sun.

Good luck and please let me know if any of this is unclear or if you have any additional questions. If you would like to e-mail me some photos, I may be able to provide some additional insights.
