Question
I have 8 plumeria trees that all have some sort of fungus. It is a rust/orange color. It is speckled and powdery. It starts under the leaf and spreads the entire leaf. It kills the leaf in about a week. I have tried different fungicides that do not help.

Your plumeria has plumeria rust. It can be difficult to get rid of. Check on the following page for info about this problem:http://www.plumeria101.com/problems/rust.html

It will be difficult to clear up, you must be consistant.
