Questioni have 2 mint plant inside and they both have mold looking stuff on the leaves, white-ish. it powdery too. can they be saved. second question, where do u cut the above herbs for cooking?

Put all plants outside. The mints need outside climate. The basil needs an eastern or southern exposure. Cut all plants from the top down by 1/3, every 3 weeks.Cut 1/4" above a pair of leaves. Leave at least 1 pair of leaves on the branch.Your mints should return next year when outdoors.
