It'll actually be easier if you describe your set up and current growing conditions.  From there I can assist you on what you need to do to tweak it.

Follow the instructions for highland Nepenthes.  It'll give you the ideal temperature range and lighting.  Humidity is less of a factor and only comes into play when trying to optimize pitcher production.  For the most part, you can grow N. gymnaphora like a regular houseplant.  It'll also grow well in a terrarium since it doesn't get very big.
