Based on your photos, my best educated guess is Sarracenia alata.  It doesn't appear to be a hybrid to me.  Red veins also appear in other species, not just leucophylla.  The hood doesn't appear ruffled.  Photos of the flower (with petals), the plant in its entirety, and a close up of the back of the hood could provide more clues, but the images in your current photos are consistent to Sarracenia alata.
